 Before inserting your contact lenses you should wash your hands well, don’t use overly scented or oily soaps that can make harm to the lens surface. Products with lanolin cannot be applied also. It is suggested to insert the first contact lens in the same eye not to have lenses mixed.
Read attentively how the procedure of inserting lenses in the eyes should be done:
1) You should gently shake your lens case with the storage solution and stocked lenses will be loosened. If you pull the lens with your finger, you occur with the possibility of their damage.
2) Put the lens into the palm of your hand; then put them on the dry or mostly dry tip of your index or middle finger.
3) Then you should pull up on your upper eyelid and down on your lower eyelid using the fingers and thumb of your other hand.
4) Insert the lens in your eye, then look upward or forward, it depends what position is better. It is possible to put the lens on the white of the eye closest to your ear while inserting it.
5) Then you should move your eyes making circle. After this procedure your lens will be settled, then you should blink to insert lenses properly.
